Zrenjanin celebrates 40 years of Beer Days with over 60 performers

The city of Zrenjanin is hosting the 40th edition of Beer Days, one of the oldest and most popular festivals in Serbia. The six-day celebration, which runs until 10 August, features a rich music programme across two main stages – Freedom Square and Grain Square.

Festivalgoers can enjoy performances by more than 60 artists from various music genres. On the main square, the lineup includes well-known singers and bands such as Zvonko Bogdan, Željko Samardžić, Haris Džinović, Vlado Kalember with Srebrna krila, and Crvena jabuka. Grain Square will feature artists such as Valentino, Ronnie Romero, Alogia, Generacija 5, Dado Topić, Neno Belan, Kerber, Divlje jagode, Josipa Lisac, Familija, and Bad Copy. The festival finale will include a tribute to Toše Proeski performed by a tribute band and this year’s Zvezde Granda winner, Šejla Zonić.

The official opening took place on Tuesday, 6 August, with a concert by the Zrenjanin Philharmonic Orchestra. The ceremony featured opera soloists Željko Lučić, Ana Aleksić Šajer, and Višnja Radosav, conducted by Mikica Jevtić.

Beer Days in Zrenjanin attract tens of thousands of visitors from across the region, offering entertainment for all generations while preserving the city’s reputation as a hub of beer and music.
